If your teeth are just irregular and disorganized, fixed orthodontics is recommended, but if there are jaw problems, for example your jaw is behind or forward, first the jaw problem should be adjusted by removable orthodontics. Afterwards, fixed orthodontics is recommended for both jaws and also to straighten the teeth.

As I understand, I also have deep bite. Will it be treated with orthodontics or a jaw surgery is needed? My upper jaw is slightly ahead of where it should be. I have a few decayed teeth too. Do I need to repair them before orthodontics?
